For Researchers:

• Responsible for the content and conduct of research studies
• Obtain proper consent from participants
• Handle participant data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy
• Settle all applicable fees for using the platform

For Participants:

• Provide honest and accurate information
• Comply with the specific terms of each research study
• Understand that compensation is subject to the terms specified for each study

Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Useresearch Inc. and its licensors. All trademarks and trade dress are protected by applicable laws.

User Content

Our platform allows you to post, share, and otherwise make available content. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to post such content.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the platform:

• In any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit unsolicited advertising or spam
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To engage in conduct that harms Useresearch Inc. or other users

Third-Party Integrations

Researchers are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our platform, as outlined in the current pricing and billing terms. Participants will be compensated according to the specific terms of each research study.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Useresearch Inc. or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Delaware.

Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a material change is made, we will provide notice at least 30 days prior to the new terms taking effect. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Force Majeure: Useresearch Inc. shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
